If 2015 seems a long time to wait for Poldark and
you've got some free time now, why not apply to be an extra in the drama?
Filming starts in a couple of weeks and goes on until the end of August and,
during that period, extras will be needed at various times.
Film Cast Cornwall and SW are looking for extras for the scenes being shot in Cornwall (they are not covering Bristol). They require Cornwall based people who are available in June and have the right look for the period c.1780.

Theresa Outing from Film Cast Cornwall & SW told me, "I am
`gathering’ new supporting artistes and am always looking for people with great
character looks who would be right for period productions. However, the
production will be getting people from other sources as well so at this stage I
don’t know how many people I need. If anyone wants to register they
should email me for a registration form at enquiries@filmcastcornwall.co.uk. "
